- Especially when calculating ballscrews for critical applications (e.g. at very high loads), we can use the Meshparts software and app for ballscrews to perform simulations that are in very good agreement with practical experience - something we were unable to do with all other calculation methods.
- This not only opens up the possibility of making exact predictions of certain characteristics of the ball screw already with a virtual 3D FE model, but also allows optimization strategies to be carried out - and this with a very good cost-benefit ratio.
