CAD twin
The CAD twin is a finite element model in which both the assembly and the file structure are provided in mesh parts identical to the CAD model.
The CAD twin allows quick local changes to individual parts in the CAD independently of the complexity of the entire assembly.
Purchased parts are replaced by parts from the Meshparts model library in order to correctly reflect the mechanical behavior.

PDM integration
Product data management systems enable robust management of different design statuses in a database. Meshparts takes this versioning into account and updates changes made in a targeted manner.
The parts imported from the PDM system are collected in collective folders and managed in a version-aware manner. FE model versions are saved parallel to the CAD designs.
